Position Overview
The Brand Growth & Partnership Manager is a strategic role focused on expanding the Direct Agents brand through content excellence, strategic partnerships, and business development. This position combines creative storytelling with revenue-generating initiatives, partnering closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, build meaningful industry relationships, and execute innovative sponsorship activations.

This role reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with sales, client services, and creative teams to drive integrated growth initiatives. 

Additionally, this role is in our NYC office 3 days per week and compensation is hourly, at $45-$60/hour DOE.

What You’ll Do
Brand & Business Growth

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and partnership prospects

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and analytics tools to generate qualified leads

  • Create personalized outreach campaigns and secure meetings with key decision-makers

  • Bridge marketing and sales efforts to ensure aligned messaging and seamless lead transitions

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with vendors, technology partners, and industry influencers

  • Research and secure sponsorship opportunities for events, thought leadership, and brand activations

  • Negotiate partnership agreements that deliver mutual value and brand exposure

  • Develop co-marketing opportunities with key partners

  • Explore innovative partnership models including content collaborations and joint ventures

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee content strategy across channels including thought leadership, trend analyses, and white papers

  • Manage strategic direction for Digital Transformation newsletter and Illuminate Magazine

  • Lead podcast and webinar development from concept to execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams on case studies and point-of-view content

  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all content touchpoints

  • Create engaging marketing assets, including videos, presentations, and promotional materials

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to produce timely, relevant content that positions Direct Agents as a thought leader

Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute high-impact client events including dinners, webinars, and thought leadership sessions

  • Identify speaking opportunities for executives at industry conferences

  • Research innovative event concepts, venues, and vendors to create memorable experiences

  • Coordinate both virtual and in-person activations that elevate brand presence

Sales Enablement

  • Design and optimize sales presentations and storytelling frameworks

  • Create compelling pitch decks communicating Direct Agents’ value proposition

  • Develop sales support materials and competitive intelligence resources

  • Collaborate with client teams to produce case studies and success stories

Brand Positioning & Innovation

  • Lead initiatives that differentiate Direct Agents in the marketplace

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for brand differentiation

  • Manage awards submissions and industry recognition efforts

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance brand positioning across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in business development, partnership development, or revenue-generating roles

  • 4+ years managing content strategy, thought leadership, or brand communications

  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships

  • B2B or professional services marketing experience preferred
