HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Paid Social and Programmatic Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative and impactful digital media strategies for our clients and partners. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth by leveraging your expertise in paid media, fostering strong client relationships, and orchestrating seamless collaborations across various teams. Your insights and actions will be the driving force behind our clients' success stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Engagement:

  • You will assume a central role as a trusted partner, engaging closely with clients on both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Elevate the client experience by seamlessly blending your expertise with their objectives, nurturing lasting relationships built on value and trust.
  • Drive client strategy to ensure Media KPIs and Business Objectives are met by using a data driven approach to scale and improve campaign performance.

Deep Business Understanding:

  • Dive deep into each client's business landscape, comprehending their industry dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and untapped potentials, translating them into effective strategies that position clients as industry leaders.
  • Showcase a strong ability to take clients’ business information and translate it into marketing strategy.

Visionary Media Strategy:

  • Champion the development of comprehensive and forward-thinking media strategies that seamlessly integrate paid social and programmatic channels.
  • Bring a mentality of not just using platform best practices, but having a unique perspective on how best to leverage various platforms targeting, reporting, optimization capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.

Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Lead the charge in refining media plans through data-driven insights and experimentation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with execution teams, ensuring the flawless implementation of optimization tactics for optimal campaign performance.

Insights and Actionable Analytics:

  • Harness insights from diverse analytics sources, weaving them into a compelling narrative that demonstrates the alignment of client goals and achieved outcomes.

    • Ability to tell the story in the data and translate it into actionable next steps (differentiating between a data point and an insight)

YOUR BACKGROUND

Proven Expertise in Paid Media:

  • Demonstrated track record of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in driving tangible results, ideally with a focus on direct response clients, showcasing your ability to translate strategies into revenue-generating actions.
  • Paid search experience is a plus

  • Possess a strategic orientation, capable of envisioning the broader landscape and aligning tactical efforts with overarching business goals.

Special Notes

  • This role will be located in our NYC office and our office is now open for hybrid work on a 3-2 schedule. You must reside, or be willing to relocate, within commuting distance of the office for this role.

  • A competitive salary $85,000 - $110,000 with reviews based on performance and opportunities for bonus compensation
