HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Paid Search Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative and impactful digital media strategies for our clients and partners. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth by leveraging your expertise in paid search, fostering strong client relationships, and orchestrating seamless collaborations across various teams. Your insights and actions will be the driving force behind our clients' success stories.
 


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Visionary:

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of clients spanning e-commerce, entertainment, mobile apps, and more, to craft and execute dynamic paid search campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that not only meet client goals but exceed them, all while maintaining optimal cost per acquisition (CPA) or maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Dive deep into analytics data to uncover insights that form the bedrock of your campaign strategies, allowing you to finely tune your approach for maximum impact.

Holistic Business Understanding:

  • Immerse yourself in the intricacies of client business models, products, services, and competition. This understanding will empower you to create campaigns that are true drivers of business profitability and growth.
  • Craft narratives that resonate with audiences and translate clicks into tangible results, all while being adaptable to the evolving market dynamics.

Omni-channel Mastermind:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with various channel teams to conceptualize and execute integrated omni-channel strategies. Your campaigns won't be limited to search distribution alone; you'll extend your influence to channels like YouTube, GDN, Pmax, Discovery Ads, Apple Search Ads, UAC, Bing Ads, and emerging Google Ads Betas.
  • Architect narratives that span multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal user experiences across platforms.

Automation Pro:

  • Learn and employ DA’s suite of automation and AI tools to streamline your work processes and to help drive optimal ROI for our clients 
  • Provide feedback on or even spearhead the development of new technologies and tools


Analytical Virtuoso:

  • Employ your analytical prowess to optimize campaigns from multiple angles. From keyword bids and conversion rates to seasonal trends,  search queries, and bidding strategies, you'll dissect each aspect to extract maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilize your keen sense of detail to fine-tune ad copy, landing pages, conversion funnels, and distribution channels, all with the aim of enhancing quality scores, conversion rates, and outpacing competition.
     

Educator and Mentor:

  • Be a guiding light for a team of analysts, sharing your knowledge and expertise to uplift the collective skillset.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to conduct audits and craft bespoke pitches that showcase the agency's prowess in the paid search domain.


 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 3+ Years of Search Marketing Mastery: You're not just familiar with search marketing; you're a seasoned expert. With 3 or more years of hands-on experience, you've honed your skills in crafting, implementing, and optimizing high-impact paid search campaigns. Your track record showcases your ability to consistently drive results that exceed client expectations.
  • Varied Client Exposure: Your expertise spans diverse client verticals, particularly within e-commerce, entertainment, and direct response. Your experience with these industries equips you to understand their unique nuances and tailor strategies that resonate with their specific audiences and goals.

Analytical Acumen:

  • Data Whisperer: Numbers are your language, and you possess an uncanny ability to decipher data. Your keen analytical skills allow you to unearth actionable insights from complex datasets, fueling your campaign strategies with precision.
  • Problem-Solving Savvy: Complex challenges are opportunities in disguise for you. Your problem-solving prowess enables you to dissect intricate campaign issues and design innovative solutions that drive exceptional performance.

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.

  • A competitive salary $85,000 - $100,000 with reviews based on performance and opportunities for bonus compensation
