Direct Agents is seeking an experienced, Senior Account Manager eager to fast track their career and become a thought leader in the industry. THE ROLE
As a Senior Account Manager at Direct Agents, you will act as a bridge between the agency and its esteemed clients, forging strong partnerships built on trust and understanding. By thoroughly comprehending client goals and challenges, you will craft tailored strategies that align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your passion for orchestrating successful campaigns, fostering client loyalty, and your omni-channel understanding across all facets of digital marketing will be key in contributing to our agency's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Account and Client Management:
    • Directly oversee and manage client accounts, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Lead the setup of new accounts and campaigns, ensuring all aspects are optimized for success.
    • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Generate daily reports detailing campaign performance metrics, including expenditures, budgets, and media placements.
    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Marketing Analytics:
    • Regularly analyze statistical data to drive the development and optimization of campaigns.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Sales Support and Contract Management:
    • Assist Media Buying and Sales teams by preparing contracts, support materials, and other documentation.
    • Ensure seamless collaboration between departments to achieve sales and campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Management and Integration:
    • Organize and execute creative assets and technical integrations for campaigns.
    • Coordinate various elements to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client objectives. 

DESIRED BACKGROUND

  • 4 - 6 years of account management experience
  • Experience with Paid Social, Search, Display and Email marketing
  • Experience in the performance marketing industry a plus
  • Polished oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills -- must be an expert in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • Strong Computer skills -- thorough understanding of MS Office and internet technologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills -- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.
